Uplifted Performance and Fitness offers students the chance to enhance fundamental athletic skills plus body and movement development in a fun, interactive environment. Each week will consist of learning a new skill or two with increasing challenges in agility ladders, hurdles, cones and medicine balls that will develop both cardio-vascular health and confidence.
