Thank You for enrolling in our Community Ed class. Please add a note to your child's agenda on the days of each class, to notify their teacher. Classes will be dismissed from the cafeteria. Please sign your student out. All returned, refunded, or cancelled transactions will be handled in accordance with off-line purchase policies unless otherwise noted on the web store. We are happy to refund tuition, less a $10 processing fee, when you cancel your class two full working days prior to the first class meeting. If a request for refund is made less than two full working days prior to the first class, a one-half refund will be made. We are unable to refund any tuition money after the first day of class.
STEM learning with Jimu Robots enables kids to learn coding from a young age. Demand for programming skills will only increase in the future. Jimu Robot Kits will enable your child to learn and retain basic coding skills for their future academic and real world applications. In this course the student will: explore visual programming with the Jimu software and Blockly, build robots that use motors, program and utilize different sensors, and develop structural design skills. Code, explore, discover! Powered by the UBTECH Jimu Robot Kits and software, your child will explore the exciting world of robotics and engineering. The program combines the versatility of the Jimu interactive robotic building block system and intuitive drag-and-drop programming software. This adventure encourages teamwork, problem solving, and creativity from day one. The Overdrive Kit consisting of construction machines, is a great introduction to STEM . Each student will be provided with an individual tablet to use during the course and their very own Jimu robot to take home.
